Because wood is a natural material, products may show reasonable variations in grain, color, tone, texture, knots, or finish. These natural characteristics are not generally considered defects when they do not materially affect normal use or product safety.

Qualifying U.S. orders of $68 or more after applicable discounts may receive free standard shipping, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Certain oversized, heavy, or special-handling products may have additional shipping charges when disclosed before checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged items, and missing-component requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible return requests may generally be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Some wooden toys, playsets, dollhouses, pretend-play sets, or larger products may require assembly.

Where assembly is required, customers should:
